It's a tricky play because it combines man and zone coverage. I don't know why you would call it cheesy though. With only four rushing, my opponent has plenty of time to find a guy running free because coverage is a concept that wasn't programmed to work in the current iteration of MUT.
Typically double teaming the DT or IDing the right corner slows it down.
The thing about willie is that its really good shed defense.
Drags in the middle of the field are usually open since they have to hover next to the DE. You could also streak your RB out of the backfield too and have them pick & choose on who to defend.
Also, Trips TE Flex does a pretty good job against this defense. The spacing you get is crazy.
