I remeber in years past it was said that motioning a wr was an easy way of telling if your opponent was in ZCV or MCV cause if in MCV a defender would follow the wr and if it was ZCV then they wouldn't follow but this year a defender will follow the wr even if they are in ZCV. What's up with that? Did they change it up this year?

I always base align my defense in zone for H2H or they will move the safeties out of their zones all game.
