Defensive rally is broken

Ive had it on 88 fridge and Sapp and ive never seen it light up.Is this happening with you guys?

I believe defensive rally one of the passive abilities that doesn't light up. If you switch to dline, you should see that they have extra pass rush points.

Ive never tried Don ,have u tried  Defensive rally?
