Currently I have a legendary In the Zone (I run pure zone). Is there anything I should be using instead, or no?

Depends how you play. Should have put both threads together and if your cards naturally hits thresholds.

My whole secondary has that 90 zone threshold. Should I look at a different strat then?

Probably. Since thats max threshold unless you use it for the extra overall bonus/other bonus on the card.

I have In The Zone and I don’t think it helps that much once you hit the threshold for ZCV but I feel like having the extra PRC helps on the DB’s that are under 90 PRC.

As Kaotikords said, it depends on your play style and if any of your players are just below a rating threshold that is important to hit (MCV, ZCV, THP, etc.) .
I had been using the epic Ball Hawk for a while. At the time I pulled or bought it, some of my safeties were below the man threshold and I wanted to boost that rating. Now that all my DBs hit 90 MCV/ZCV, I don't need a strategy item to boost that. I'm trying out different strategy items for the next few weeks, but I'm currently using the finesse item with the sprint chem boost on defense and Let it Rip with the slot chem boost on offense.
