Not sure it's the case this year, but in years past sometimes you have to wait until the launch day of the standard version of the game to get the pre order bonuses.

Wait nvm, I think it’s not cross progression that’s why bc I was on prev

I am on PS5 and have not received mine either, I am seeing it is mostly people on Playstation.
