I have 3 John Madden Upgrade tokens and no John Madden. Any ideas on how I could get him?

Yea man alot of us are missing it.. ea hasnt said a word im aware if.. so annoyong..  my one position of need on a TT .. smfh...

I went to ea help website and chatted with a representative. He or she said the team was aware of the issue. Granted me a max fantasy pac

I’ve completed the challenges and field pass for ROH. And still no welcome pack, John Madden or opportunity pack. At this point, Twitch drop packs are more consistent. Imo EA doesn’t have much of an excuse with these continuous issues with people not getting packs and missing out on opportunities. it’s getting really old EA.
