Did I get EA'd?

I'm trying to complete the Comp Pass and a few weeks ago was completely locked out of MUT Champs, couldnt get in, couldnt get the xp, for 2 weeks straight, meaning i lost out on ~440 comp xp. I contacted ea support and got told to "just wait it out" and theyd "follow it up with their game team". The issue finally fixes itself 2 weeks after that, after two cycles of Champs have gone by. I dm ea support about this asking about hey is there any way i can get the xp or rewards that im going to miss out on due to this. I basically got hit with a "no lmao". Apparently they dont have a way to grant xp, dont have a way to grant rewards, and cannot give me any compensation. As a result of this I'm more than likely unable to get 89 Pickens anymore. Thanks EA.

you are literally talking about grinding all that sh*t for a few thousand coins, pickens is cool but? just use somebody else, I think people have to stop putting so much into the grind mentality, no way that card is worth doing all that and grinding for weeks on end.

Yea the comp pass isnt really worth it to be honest.  The rewards arent worth it for the time it takes to make it to the end.   I dont think you should ignore it but just natually grind whatever you can and just play seasons(for better rewards).

Yeah but like the whole point was to get the Pickens card. I'm running a Steelers theme team I kinda want the good card, it shouldnt be a thing of "well thats why you dont grind". If I want a card I should be allowed to want to work for it?
