I didn't buy the pack in week 1 so not sure whether or not it reset in week 2.

I'd really like to get that Lamar next week for 21k fear.

No i believe all packs did except 90 ovr bnd and non bnd one.

It updated with the new cards. It did not "reset" as in if someone bought it last week they wouldn't be able to buy it this week

New players are in it yes. It did not and it will not reset so you can get another bnd Champ. Even last year the promos never reset so I’m not sure why i saw all these comments with everyone saying they were so sure it would reset. If you buy it week 1 you don’t get a chance to get some of the better players later in the promo. So it’s always the best idea to wait til the end. I made that mistake last year with a couple promos thinking that it would and they never did
