Disappearing players?

I got on madden and players were randomly missing from my lineup. I was able to put them back in, but like for example all of my backups on the o line, Gronk, Travis Kelce, wr5, rb2 and rb3, cb1 were all just gone from my lineup. Is this a glitch or has anyone had this happened to them? It like freaked me out thinking somebody hacked my account or something lol

I got out of a solo battle and my fb was taken out of my lineup the next game I  tried to play lol

I have multiple lineups that I use and most of my players were deactivated when it came to abilities and x-factors.

Same here. Went to go do a challenge and my right tackle was MIA lol
