From my understanding they won't, it would be a big deal if they were. You would see forums reminding you to complete them because nobody wants to lose out on those cards.

Just a warning I think I saw somewhere that its a fantasy pack of 3 random...so you may be stuck with a 90-91.

i dont think so... same for legends and totw. last yr they used to expire after a week but they changed that this yr to keep them the entire yr iirc
