So this is straight from WizzLe’s front page article explaining what you can spend your MUT tokens on next installment of the game, hope this helps:

M23 Sets

When you log into Madden Ultimate Team 23, you will get to decide how to use the M23 Rookie Premiere Loyalty Tokens you have earned from completing the sets and objectives in M22.

  • **1x M23 Rookie Premiere Loyalty Token:**Exchanging 1 Loyalty Token in M23 will reward a RP Fantasy Pack where you will choose 1 NCAT RP player out of 10 random options. Limit of 1.
  • **2x M23 Rookie Premiere Loyalty Tokens:**Exchanging 2 Loyalty Tokens in M23 will reward a RP Fantasy Pack where you will choose 1 NCAT RP player out of all 32 options. Limit of 3.
  • **5x M23 Rookie Premiere Loyalty Tokens:**Exchanging 5 Loyalty Tokens in M23 will reward a RP Fantasy Pack where you will choose 1 Auctionable RP player out of all 32 options. Limit of 3.

I wish you could get more than 15 tickets but I get why they cap it. 

Seems better to just get the 3 auctionable ones and sell them for coins for the head start

So i guess my question is I’m playing on PC for 22 but Im getting 23 on my PS5 how will those tokens carry over

Yeah, unfortunately like WixDragonXbox said, you will not have any redeemable tokens sitting in your account binder when you fire up Madden 23 for the first time on your PlayStation.

Of you earn them on PC, they carry over to the next PC installment of the game. Not a cross platform system like the Xbox and PlayStation. Have to stay in the same console/PC family for them to count as carrying over.

What about the 93 rp players i built  to 99?Will i get the 86 version of the card on m23?Im thinking i get 5 but i dont remember pass years how it worked.

When you built those players sets, you also got a token. These tokens are what you’ll carry into the new Madden. As stated above, you can redeem the tokens you earned for the 86 players - 5 tokens for a fully auctionable/tradeable fantasy pack, 2 tokens for a BND/NCAT fantasy pack, and 1 token for  a random choice of 10 BND/NCAT pack.
