They don't really happen every 2 weeks...it depends. Sometimes it is longer.

EDIT: Nevermind. EA skated this by giving Moon player specific abilities instead of bucket 4.
According to the archetypes/abilities, Strong arm QBs get SFL in bucket 4 with 92 THP or better, so either EA made a mistake on his THP and it is below 92, they made a mistake and need to give him SFL in bucket 4, or they broke their own ability rule?
