no i played mut 20 with pats playbook and have pats playbooks now and its different

No they always add and take away packages of some teams. Some stay the same

The non-team specific playbooks seem to for the most part.

I always use Run N Gun after it comes out. Several years of MUT play and a Madden player since the early 90s. Outside of the fifth receiver turning to a RB the plays are the same.
