They will be just like Ward and Howley were.  It will take the tokens and an auctionable 95 OVR to get them to a 95 OVR, which is a complete joke.

so it does have to be an auctionable one? we cant throw the bnd from the pass in there?

That is really an unknown at this point.  BND typically means that it can't be put into any sets, but this isn't really going into a set, it is more of a power-up, so perhaps.
