I only play MUT, and not even that crazy…but I’ve gone through 3 controllers in the last year, and it makes no sense to me. I keep getting stupid drift stick.
what the heck is it about about MUT that is messing up my controller?
(mut discussion, not hardware discussion. I understand that controllers do it, but I’m trying to figure out what is it specifically about this one game mode I play that is destroying my controllers and I need to know if I’m alone here)
Yes on X Box X. also get the statue freeze look on my user Defender…
Yeah usually go through 1x controller each year. 3x is a bit much.
Stick drift I have had on my last two controllers just bought a new one
at GameStop one of the workers they said it’s to get players to buy more controllers
These ps5 controllers just suck
yep i have so many PS5 controllers that are junk
I got this newest controller in freaking November - and it’s already drifting

Bro if you have found the fix let me know. Madden is the only game that my controllers don't last. I'm on Xbox and have tried everything.

Yeah I got one this year that is awful, but I have 3 other controllers bc I play h2h sometimes with friends or other games.

I think engineers are getting good a designing things to last just long enough...
I have found that most places only offer a 30 day warranty on electronics.
But Sony does offer a one year warranty. I have 3 controllers that I need to have replaced by Sony, but I haven't had the time to find out who to contact at Sony and how to proceed with a refund or replacement.
Please let me know if you dig into this and find out any additional information!

Nothing too useful, but the AT&T insurance plan I have will replace controllers for free (and also covers every other electronic in my house - my TV broke and they sent me a new one for just 100$ deductible), and I lost my ipad and they sent me a new one too lol

You're not gonna like it, but the wired controllers with hall effect sensors is the way.
