PUP's are no more just for Legends as of right now but reg Purple PUP cards are done with per EA

As Slam said, as of right now there are no more regular power ups, just the ones for Legends. We do not know if this will change in the future.

Never! Just legends but they are fake ones. 

Legends you get the highest card to build the set to sell the master to get the highest card back THEN power up the base legend. (does not work for release 1)
