Does anyone know why the Ja'whaun Bentley Team Builders card gets sold for a mil.. constantly

My theory is if a card has a limit it can be sold at so let’s say 1m and it’s been selling for that price even tho we know it’s likely to move coins. if everyone keeps using that card it won’t be “suspicious“ because thats the normal price for that card now. 

I saw a lot of this when team diamonds first came out there we a few cards people used to launder coins
