Yeah they sent me an email like 3-4 weeks ago saying they knew and were working on it and that another wave would be going out soon. But again that was a month ago and seriously how hard of a fix is it to load the points. It’s not making them any money anymore so frankly they don’t care but it’s just ridiculous since it’s something we paid for and frankly one of the only reasons I preordered. I usually would get madden around Xmas time and start then But the preorder points seemed too good to pass up. Obviously they were too good to be true
