Specifically in regards to Denard Robinson at back up QB, both for the remix motivator and free Identifier

The player does not have to be on the field to give their motivator boost. You would need Robinson on the field for identifier to work though

It doesn't work on your regular offense if you put it on your long snapper either.  Gotta put it on a starter.
