He did yesterday. I figured it was a mistake by EA. If it was a mistake it will probably be corrected soon. So take advantage of it if you haven’t. He was cheaper for awhile yesterday because people hadn’t figured it out yet.

Yes he does.  I used him to make my RP player earlier this afternoon.
