Dallas Turner 247 vs Hutch 265
Would a RE thats say 295 hold up better than one at 247 even though stats show they're equal?
Same goes for o-line?

Yeah it plays a factor but it ties in with other stats too. I believe if the weight is greater than 30lbs difference oline vs dline, it adds a slight advantage in pancaking/blocking rolls.
Over-Weight + Great-Abilities = Great performance.
So guys like Dallas Turner and Will Anderson aren't great options at END?

Thick n Fast paired with either baked in Colossus/UF is your best option (Hutch is the exception to this rule as his Momentum shift is a must have)

That's why I'm even asking. With Turner as a RP option is he worth replacing Hutch. I can put Denver on Turner. And Will gets 32 chem as well.

IMO, Hutch has to be somewhere on your line as of right now. As long as you can find a spot for Hutch, I do not see why it would be a bad idea.

Correct, unless you are eager to go back to playing against a ton of Omaha style opponents, well... Aidan will forever remain in my primary three pass rushers. I've got Mario Williams (DT) and Jevon Kearse (LE) as my other two primary rushers, with John Randle coming in at DT2 for many formations.
For whatever reason, weight seems to factor into blocking calculations significantly more than the past couple years, it could be as much as ~30% of the blocking calculations. Although, i basically just made that number up, i have no clue how much it matters, but yes weight DEFINITELY has an impact. And a fairly sizeable one, at that. It mattered an awful lot more back when the stamina/fatigue stuff was still a thing, but as with many other proposed changes, EA ultimately reverted and rolled them back.

If I'm not wrong weight only plays a factor in block shedding and tackling for example the mailata card almost always tackled you first try meanwhile a card like Revis has a good chance to miss a tackle if you don't have secure tackler on him

Fantastic points. When it comes to tackling the ball carrier, this is a primary reason why folks suggest we use Enforcer Supreme with any Avalanche players, it helps to counter or negate the weight disadvantage, giving us a higher chance to pop the ball loose.
I'm even paying 2AP for regular old Enforcer in some instances lately, as it has the following three attributes:
For line play, it does matter, but only slightly. In previous Maddens, it was part of the formula on deciding who "won" on initial contact of 2 players. After the initial contact, it was all up to the blocking stats vs block shed/pass rushing stats.
Yes and surprisingly it has been since introduced in 06 stamina lol. So yes and it stands to strength and agility that must be measured to weight. Example and my best line also a money saver in cap franchise : My Left or Right Tackle is most important one more than the other depending on hand side of QB These are about 290 to 325 90 or above strength with 80 above agility some okay at 70 but 60 or below forget about it lol speed rush wins every time haha. Guards those are the cheapest and fastest speed agility out the window I want a wall that is wide to create the hole my monster Tackle is creating 😉 the Center is second expensive because Center's are like a girlfriend or boyfriend no judgment but I have had issues with signing new centers ?? Js Center is a hybrid of your Tackles and guards so cheap to start but ooh wee later on he is that salary you say hope I can see on the other side of free agency 🤭 just my opinion again please take it for the time I wrote this but I have been Madden Top 25 from 05 to 08 missed the bus ride by one FG ☹ But that is the definitive to what I like in a line 😎
