I sniped a 70 ovr kicker for 2k coins to replace the silver 68 one and apparently the kicking meter is broke for FGs/Extra Points but not kickoffs, wtf is this game lol
it works fine in main game like practice mode but its broke for me in MUT, i can't kick FGs/XPs now lol and I reset game 3 times its still broke
I had a similar issue. Check his kicking accuracy. The kicker I picked up was in the 50s, and significantly lower than my first kicker.

i sniped another kicker 75 ovr and it works now, maybe the lower kickers are broken, i read others bought 70-72s and it broke the meter
I bought Daniel Carlson his meter is fine. I see alot of Moody kickers I'm not sure if he's the best kicker for the price.
I bought 82 koo and he seems pretty good.
ya his accuracy matters and do not put a Punter in at kicker I found out the hard way.
Plat Tyler Bass is fine for me, you probably just got a bad kicker
I have Carlson for my theme team, no issues.

Me too, but he's also pretty much the best kicker in Madden 24 not named Justin Tucker so really can't go by that IMO
It happened to me the other night. I received a 70 overall kicker in a pack, replaced my 68 with him, and then the next game he couldn't kick anything. I replaced him the next day with a 75 overall kicker and he's been fine.
Had this same problem with my kick meter for a couple days and was getting pissed. I went into my depth chart in a solo battle and saw it had put my punter in the KOS slot in specialist because he was a higher Ovr. As soon as I subbed my silver kicker back in at Kick off specialist it fixed the problem and every kick doesn't get shanked out of bounds on kick offs anymore. stupid game put the punter there because he had better stats.....
