30 seconds left...in the Redzone
Run a great route...WR is wide open
No pressure on QB...should be easy TD
Brady throws it right to DB...3 steps behind the WR
Why does EA do this
We need 2k to make a football game

Should've high pointed it. Then at least your wr wouldve dropped it before it got picked. Kinda feels better than just throwing to the other team.

No, standard precision passing
I think Brady with gunslinger throws off the timing of WR routes

I really think gunslinger is bugged and places throws as if they're without gunslinger. I do better without it and the difference is pretty minor honestly.
Let's look at it a different way. How often does gunslinger make clean throws that were QB hits without it? How often does gift wrapped make throws that missed without it? Even ignoring the AP difference, gift wrapped is the clear winner imho.

Could be. I do find using L2 is necessary to consistently lead the receivers enough.

Agree
Gunslinger, gift wrapped, no ability at all - the one thing I keep getting is QBs just completely sailing balls to wide open targets. Say you have your QB on a corner route to the far side of the field. Opponent is in man, WR beats his guy, gets separation and has a lot of real estate between him and the sideline. You throw right after he makes his break but the ball goes so far outside that the WR goes into this forced leaping animation and the ball goes out of bounds. What in the hell is that ? Has cost me so many points.
Do yo have gunslinger on him? Honestly gunslinger is pretty bad and misses easy throws especially in the sideline. I used Penix with it to try it out but it was honestly trash, Murray without it makes more accurate passes in the redzone. Also I high point pass it in the red zone because it’s much safer, kinda like a your player gets it or no one does

Or the QB throws it like 2 steps behind and it gets picked 🤦♂️ corner routes are so dumb this year, you have to basically throw it super early and hope your WR beats the man

I think this might be your problem...I ran standard every year until this one...I feel like this year was the first year I was truly penalized for using classic just like your describing. I switched to placement an accuracy I think and now it's almost unstoppable. Maybe try a little switch I was reluctant as well but glad I did
