Last night I bought $20 worth of points and never got them.
I opened up a case on their site and selected email contact. I haven’t heard anything. so I go back to my case on the EA site, it says I need to resume the case or it will be auto deleted. when I click resume case, it just takes me to a screen where I can create a new case.
wtf is this And why is everything so difficult with these people? I’m not home today or tomorrow so won’t be able to see if I ever got the points, but the customer service site is pretty atrocious
