My response to the survey question on whether they helped me with my issue: This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. There has been nothing but delay tactics and rerouting that could not possibly lead to a resolution of the problem. Additionally, it appears that a real live person was never involved and that all "help" was designed to redirect the person to a frequently asked questions section of the website - a tactic that certainly is not designed to provide the customer with a good experience or any real help. As with any problem, often times there needs to be context explained to a real person who can help with the situation even if it is to say that the company is working on it. I played college football 25. There was a threshold that was required to be met in that game. I met that threshold. As a result of meeting that threshold I was supposed to receive content in madden 25. None of that content arrived. I am not the only one. EA Help has been less than worthless and a complete waste of my time. I am an attorney and charge $350 per hour. I have spent at least an hour trying to get help from your company - which equates to a $350 bill - which I should send to you. The help that was provided gives a negative meaning to the word and sullies the word's meaning and reputation.
We all coulda told ya that EA help is useless

Word on the street is that the NFL is in talks (with Take-Two Interactive) for potentially adjusting the exclusive licensing rights moving forward. I'm not an attorney, but this is my lay person's understanding of the situation -- EA's exclusive license ends in 2026, with the final year being "opt-in" (i think, although not sure if the NFL or EA ultimately decides what happens for that final year), but 2K might be interested in a fatball game, IF they are permitted to adjust to a more open license.
That's the only way we'll get things to improve. I went through a frustrating mess last year after being banned from the auction house for simply buying and selling cards (for profit). Dealing with EA no-Help was exactly as you described, one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I assume things have only gotten worse in the past year, as more AI chat bots are placed as barriers, so we're never able to reach a person who can or will help.
My "solution" was to eventually send a form letter to EA Legal, via snailmail. They gave me a "one-time only" exception and overturned my initial ban. Didn't help, because those bots auto-banned me for a second (and final) time in December. Sorry you had to also learn this stuff the hard way. My time isn't worth anywhere close to $350 an hour, but even if i had infinite time to waste, this would remain a brutal, frustrating mess. Quite frankly, EA doesn't give a damn and that couldn't be more obvious.

What a horror story!! EA truly is one of the worst companies out there
it would go a long way to just have real people be easily talked to instead of bots.
its such a slap in the face. Nothing wrong with the game is ever fixed but yep they fixed store glitches ASAP

That's EA clearly demonstrating what/where their priorities lie. Gameplay breaking bugs or glitches that have persisted across many years, in some instances nearly a ~decade (or more)... nah, EA can't be bothered with that shit. I am not sure if they simply lack the technical understanding or ability to truly fix things given the absolute mess of spaghetti code that has become our beloved Madden franchise, but you absolutely nailed it -- any Marketplace store glitches, well... those get fixed (or the servers are taken down) within 30-60 minutes, before it can truly impact their bottom line.
Good ole `Murica... and free market at work, baby!

Almost makes you wonder if its intentional, some players get juiced up teams and cards, whereas most of us are stuck behind and then needing to play catchup
