Update: it's been over a month now, have contacted live chat multiple times with absolutely zero response but even better, after a full month of DAILY emails with EA, I get a message every 2 days or so asking me to explain the situation again so they can "try" to help. This company is the absolute worst

Yep that’s exactly what was happening with my preorder points they owe me from August. You open a case, 8 different advisors ask you for the same info even tho you already gave it to them and then they’ll just close the case as solved even tho they don’t do anything. It’s honestly crazy that they get away with this
So the preorder points came with the special edition of the game? And i assume it cost more than the regular version?

Absolutely no accountability on EAs part because they have zero threat of competition. It's terrible and EA is terrible

Yes I got that version thankfully my points came but it was like 99.99 for the special edition instead of 69.99. It was advertised on a MUT banner the last few month of the last MUT.

That’s what I’m seeing on here it seems like several people had issues. It’s crazy to think something most people got in August for buying the special edition they still haven‘t received in March of the next year.

That's insane dude. That's literally stealing and they get away with it. I wonder how many people have that issue
And just to add to the list of things now wrong....I too have only gotten 1 UL pack instead of the 2 that you're supposed to get in the field pass. This company is a joke

So basically, yeah....don't ever bother contacting EA help. It's a joke. This company is a joke.
