So daylight savings kicks in last Sunday and 3 days later EA drops are still an hour late because their servers don't update their clocks. Unreal.
What are you talking about? During the week, releases are always at 1:30 ET. It is currently 11:20 ET so there‘s still another 2 hours before the WW’s should release.
For clarification, here on the West Coast 7:30 a.m. is when dailies roll over so you can start grinding them. Since Sunday it has been 8:30 a.m.
EA hasn't updated the server clocks it appears. At least not so far as refreshing dailies (I'm on XBox One btw).

Ah that makes more sense. I’m on the west coast too but I never turn the game on that early so I haven’t noticed.
Asking EA to get time zones correct is too much, come on man
Time zones and leap years are hard...

It's unfortunate, but this could have been handled (or communicated) better. EA's ability to plan, communicate and implement any type of changes leaves little to be desired.
Typically, according to best practices, most computers / servers typically run a service called NTP (network time protocol) which coordinates and syncs directly with UTC time, which helps to keep things consistent in an ever-changing world. [source]

Whoa, interesting -- didn't realize that perhaps Leap Day / year complicated things. I'm giggling because i tried telling my wife that February 29th doesn't exist (most years)... not realizing it was 2024, oof.
