Listen, I’ve heard people in our community speak a small amount about a lawsuit against EA. We are all aware of the issues with the game (stat tracking, reward glitches and unnecessary ban waves). Now along those lines is it from a strictly legal standpoint possible to actually do something about it? I believe that something must be down because for years EA hasn’t fixed their game, public outcry and packstrikes don’t seem to bother them. Any lawyers or people with experience in civil lawsuits who would be willing to chime in are greatly appreciated.

This is like a smoker trying to start a lawsuit with Marlboro lol no offense but, let’s all just take a deep breath and realize this video game is optional to play!

I'd advise you to consult with a corporate lawyer because anything anyone tells you here will just be speculation and uneducated guesses.

If you read the TOS that you agreed to, you agreed that you can't sue EA, and can only go to arbitration. Good luck to you, but it's not a topic that we allow discussion of here for liability reasons.
