For this year or next year? Just in general? Whats the question here. 

Eagles look like they have the most fun cards to use (vick/perry/foles/and a bunch of D)
Bucs look like a solid team but nothing too stand outish
Pats look fun and decent. 

Id order them Eagles > Pats > Bucs.

Patriots obviously though I might be just a bit biased. But Pats do have great DBs, tall WRs, GT Cam QB, great RBs, solid O-Line
