Go to Challenges>Team Captains>Getting to Know Your Captain>Rock Solid Defense(1 star) 

Run the best blitz you have & set your Strip Ball & Play Ball to Aggressive.

So I was doing Challenges>Team Captains>Getting to Know Your Captain>You've Got A Good Point

This one is great to work on all offense and Defense. First play do your fav 1 play TD, but stop before scoring, then kick a field goal. Onside kick the ball, let em get it, then do your fav blitzes till you get the ball back then 1 play TD again and score. Get you all kinds of the stats needed real easy, especially them field goals!
