My account just got reset back to square one...lvl 1 zero coins all challenges not done etc... has this happened to anyonevelse?

Most likely thing i can think of is maybe you signed in with the wrong account

Only thing I did was relink my xbox gt from an old email to a current one so I can get that parsons. Guess that wiped it all but I didn't think it would..
Turns out this did indeed wipe my mut. Be careful if you are relinking your gt from old ea acc to newer one so you can get the twitch drops. I had to update my email because I didn't have access to the email I used over 10 years ago and got screwed.

Check with EA help. You might be able to recover it because the EA account still exists. You’d probably have the most luck calling someone on the phone unfortunately

Yeah this happened to me last weekend. I was lvl 36 and got reset to 1 after linking me EA acc to twitch and my xbox app.
Grinded all the way back to lvl 25

def don't talk to ea help, you will waste hours of your life that you will not get back and nothing will happen.

Eh I had 5 mil and invested too much time already. Think I'm just done w this game unless a miracle happens.

I actually managed to get ahold of help, have them unlink my acc, and re add to old one. Got it all back.
