No he won't bc EA won't let it get that far. Over a digital card? Are you serious? They fucked up. There is precedence for this exact thing happening several times. They will issue a make right so no one can sue.

Yall are actually delusional if you think this is how the law works. EA issues make rights because some suit in a C Suite has determined the future profit they'd lose from customers who would no longer purchase from EA is greater than whatever perceived cost of the make right, you don't have jack shit in terms of rights itself within the game.

this is when they don’t give you the packs you paid for, like the 93 + UL pack last weekend. if a card is missing they give the card. i remember i got a 98 Mel Renfroe CB a few years back because he wasn’t in packs when they said he was. same with a SS Isaiah Simmons

Update: EA has removed the graphic and info advertising the 99 LTD kelce as being in packs.... think its safe to assume he ain't in them.
I got one less than an hour ago and the graphic was still in game took a screenshot as well in case EA wants to try some bs
