I’ve got a fully upgraded Surtain PUP that I can’t decide to sell off. Anyone think he’ll get a 98/99? He’s been a great CB, but I’ve got a 99 Ramsey, Woodson, and Hayward on a Packers TT.

I dont think so. Especially with other corners like A.J. Terrell, Jaire Alexander, Xavien Howard, and JC Jackson having worse cards than him. Still, there’s a chance he will get a power up expansion.
