Why did I get 2 game time packs, 1 82 alumni and 1 88 alumni pack when everyone else got RPs or multiple 88s

To date, I have received 4 RP packs (two 85 OVR and two 88 OVR).  I only completed the RP token set in Madden 24.  Thanks, EA!

I only received 2 of my 3 RP's. I got the UA's a while ago. I'd rather have my RP's and then some.
