Been a couple days since the promo has dropped and I have yet to receive the FAP welcome pack with Clark and Plax. Has anyone else encountered this?

Yep apparently it’s a wide spread issue - I’ve contacted EA help and the only “help” I’ve got is: “The team is aware of this issue and they’re working on it.” That was on Thursday/Friday.

The irony here Is unbelievable. Fan appreciation and they haven’t shown any urgency. They’ve had no issue pushing more point paid packs out though.
