Verticals out of Bunch, just stick your RB on an In or Out route.
Against Zone, just check your outside receiver on the flat, the TE on the vert, and the crossover on the point-man.

Weak slot spacing out of the run balance playbook. Put the TE on crossing route. If they play man then dump it to the FB. If they are playing the MLB put TE on corner and throw to the WR1. Great for 2pc.

i think its called dagger or sum like that. u have 1 rb in the backfield and 2 wr's and 1 te in a bunch formation on the right side and a single receiver on the other side on around the hashmarks. the te is in bewteen the 2 receivers on the right side. the te is running a crossing route and the receiver closest to the o line is running a streak. the receiver on the outside is running a fade towards the sideline then sorta comes back across the field. the lone receiver on the other side is running a drag route. usually almost everytime the te on the crosser is open or the wr running a streak. u can always hit the dumpoff to the receiver running the drag or put a rb on a checkdown. its in the eagles pb out of gun i think.

That is a man killer for sure and works against cover 2 zone as well. Rarely play a game without trying that route a couple times.
Dagger out of Gun Trey 49ers playbook. There is a streak, crosser, dig, and a drag. If you Motion the dig over the streak will be wide open against any zone coverage. If they are running man or adjust to it, then I hot route the dog to a post or slant, and the TE drag to a crosser or corner. Almost always something open, and if none of those are working, then I can incorporate Texas routes out of the backfield.

Like many people I like the options that a tight formation gives you, and this one has the most unique plays.

This is my homerun play, and I only make adjustments under two circumstances. I need a second guy deep because its 3rd/4th and long, or I want the back blocking. I tend to call this play after trying to lull my opponent to sleep with short routes, but between the out route and the two routes coming across and the half back flat I have plenty of good options if they are still protecting deep.

This play I tend to always adjust. I like to remove the option to stop on the drag coming across from the left because the middle is about to get crowded, I send the wide out on the right wide and either keep the route that gets more post looking when he is wide or just set it up for a fly, switch the te to a crosser, and send the hb on a texas route. You really have to pay close attention to the opponent's user though with this set up, and be sure to wait for them to bite.

And my last hot route, a play that likely everyone is familiar with at this point. I tend to send the right wr on a drag, giving me two wrs crossing each other on that route, and depending on my opponents tendency or what side I am on on the field I will switch the corner to a post. Be careful going to that well too often though, once the opponent knows what you are doing its going to be easy for them to get there with their user and hitting that route requires checking the depths. But if the opponent is going to cover three all day, I will just run this and gut punches (running plays) with the run all day right back at them. If they set their zones deep the drags or the hb on the delayed swing will get them, and if they cover the flats the TE on the out tends to be open a lot because the delayed halfback swing drags short flats down to it.

By the time i am done it looks a lot like y out halfback swing, but the stop route of the right wr can be good against the right opponent. I really like to send the left slot on a post here all the time though.

For when my run game is really working, a play action pass that can be made to look very similar as drive out.
I also run the I variations, but unfortunately I am not in love with the passing plays out of those formations in the chargers playbook, so unless my run is dominating I am probably done with that bit early >_> I also hate the chargers single back formations, which makes up the downsides of getting all the gun tight goodies in one playbook i guess.
As a final note, I always bluff hot routes even if I am actually switching nothing or running the ball.
