Favorite Plays option missing

Did EA remove the favorite play option from play calling? Any help would be greatly appreciated. In on XBox Series X

Favorite play option is still available.

The easiest way to get a set of favorite plays -

Go to Practice Mode from the main menu. Select offense or defense. Then select your favorite plays by double clicking on the play from the Change Play Menu. You can select as many plays as you want.

Select them in opposite order of how you want them displayed. The last play selected will be the first one on the left in the Favorite Plays menu.

So the only way I can choose favorites is from a practice Mode? Last year I was able to choose favorites in Challenge and Solo challenge mode by double clicking the play.

it is exactly working like last year, at least at current gen console.

Is anyone else having an issue with "some" plays not staying in your favorites? I have a couple that I have tried to add on several occasions and even in different modes (practice, solos, challenges) and they are gone next time I come back on offense

Yep.

My offensive favorites stick, but certain formations on defense will reset each time, and none of the favorites stick.

Those same plays/formations don't even show up on my recently called play tab, or if they do, the play w/in that formation is not what I called.

All around buggy mess

Is there a setting that I’m missing? I still can’t pick favorite plays…..if I double click the play I don’t get the little red hart. I’ve been playing MUT for well over 10 years never had this issue before

Is anyone having this issue? Still no favorites available or even the option to pick a favorite…..never had this happen in all of my years playing Madden.

Is there a setting that I'm missing? Last year if you double tapped "A" it marked it as a favorite. When I do it this year nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
