Depends what you like... I havent used 99 brady but Ive loved Flacco.
Flacco: slinger 1, fearless 0, PLE 2, HRM 2= 4 total and best release
Brady: HRM 1, Fearless 1, GS 0, SFL/PLE 3/4 = 4/5 total with a worse release but better runner

Based on the price difference I would go Flacco all the way unless you need a fast QB. The only knock on Flacco is that he is a statue.

Flacco is amazing for me and is way cheaper. Even with the 78 speed he can take off for a few yards when he really needs to

Brady also has a quicker release on deep throws with that combo. That is something you definitely need to factor in. That is the reason why I am sticking with Brady for now.

Do you feel like Flacco needs Gunslinger? Thinking about replacing it with HRM.
