A ton of people didn’t get it or the first GT opportunity pack. I’m sure they’ll fix it sometime in June.

I never received it or the opportunity pack which is unfortunate I asked EA and they said it will be fixed but never actually happened

I'm literally chatting with EA help (absolute definition of oxymoron) this very second. This is now my sixth attempt to open a case and get my missing welcome pack and opportunity pack. Every time is the same, they know there is a problem and are working on it. The case gets closed and the notes are "no fix".  I don't anticipate this time to be any different. I guess my Madden tokens will sit unused.

They just typed me this, "I bring you comforting news. The issue has been fully resolved. More so, our dedicated studio team has already rolled out compensation to all players who were impacted by this issue". Said that it was fixed April 17th and all players have received "compensation". Ok.
