Gale Sayers card?

Has gale sayers gotten a card since madden 20? I remember using his 91 ovr legend and his 97 LTD UL that was busted in that game, but I don’t think he’s gotten a card since then. I didn’t play 21 or 23 ultimate team, and I remember being disappointed he didn’t get a card in MUT 22. Has he really not gotten a card since madden 20?

I don't believe he had one in 23 not sure about 21 but I didn't see it in the database. Would be cool to see him though
