How do you get game changer upgrade tokens? I got one and now I can’t do the set anymore

Other easy one is from the GC solos. After 80 stars I think is when you get a second one. The other 2, you gotta play House Rules

I think you can only get 2 now one from the set and another from the solos. Unfortunately, I don't think you can get the ones from house rules anymore.

What's the deal with these tho? I have 1 gc player with a token. Did the 90 set several times and have almost all stars on the challenges. Checked binder but no player tokens in there. Any ideas giys?
