Game issues after update

The menus are moving insanely slow, all images are taking forever to load and the solo challenges are all old school where you can’t just move straight to the next challenge. Anyone else?

How about can’t play the game?  I keep getting an error saying my I need to be on the account that purchsed the trial in order to play.  News flash - I don’t have a trial, I’ve had the full game since pre-launch!!!  Chatted with an WA goon who told me a fix is to ”go offlin” then ”go back online”, which works, but I shouldn’t have to do that every time I want to play and also after every online game, since I get kicked after I play an online game and get the trial message.  Total BS.  I also didn’t get the “EA Play Supercharge Pack” that I was message a code for BY EA….I redeemed the code …. And nothing.  I asked the goon about that too, and their response was “how about we report it to the team and I promise you will get your content - sounds good?”  Not a lot of faith that’s going to work……..
