For me, I think FS Calvin Johnson got snubbed or CB Metcalf (He has a WR GT though).

I would like to see a new good FS 99 overall or a good edge rusher (ROLB, LOLB, RE, LE)

Well both FS and SS do have 13 players each between 97-99 or. The difference is that SS has 3- 97 ovr, 6- 98 ovr and.       4- 99 ovr while the FS have 7- 97 ovr,     4- 98 ovr and 2- 99 ovr. Not exactly even
