To start off, this is run by EA and not MUT.GG.

This Thursday, from 7-9pm EST and this Saturday from 9-11pm EST, if you log into MUT during these times, you’ll get 3 golden ticket opportunities each day (6 total).

These golden opportunities will have a chance to be Golden Ticket Collectibles. While rare, if you pull one, you get to create a golden ticket of your choosing. 
 

Each day, Thursday and Saturday, there will be 17 golden ticket collectibles (17 Thursday + 17 Saturday = 34 total!), which can be pulled on any platform.

Then, the golden tickets are created by the people who pulled the collectibles and put into the game.
