I honestly don't think you should buy either unless you don't have a single golden ticket. The platinum bundle probably won't give you anything above an 84. I got lucky with the training option where you get two platinum players for tp and I pulled an 88 derrick henry for 250,000 coins. But if they are the same price and you really want to buy one I would choose the platinum bundle because you could sell everything you get and probably have enough coins to buy a golden ticket of your choice and possibly still have some coins leftover.

Honestly like Tlaw8 said, you shouldn't really be buying packs with Madden points at this point in the year. If you are going to buy it, I'd do the Golden Ticket one
