Yeah kinda strange that he only has 96 man and 95 zone. Maybe the person who made it designed it as mostly a kick returner? That would be pretty weird.

I'm willing to bet he juiced Tackle, Hit Power, Pursuit, and/or Block Shedding, and that's why he's a 99.
