So far the overall has gone up twice without the token requirement changing. Just like the Legend token set. It makes sense to continue to hold at least until that trend changes.
Both of these programs will be replaced somewhere in the middle of the year. Legends topped out at 95 last year before Ultimate Legends and AKA peaked at 92 before AKA Crews. Only the final release (2 cards each) reached the highest overall.

Normally we can save them for higher overalls.
One observation to keep in mind........The last drop of a program with free players for tokens is normally underwhelming.

Yeah, seems like they may be stingey with this…I would hold. I used a few early on because I needed some decent players at the beginning
