I am currently a 81 OVR and when i go play H2H It always puts me against 86-90 OVR Super teams. Am doing something wrong i figured at least it would match me with somewhat same OVR

Unfortunately, that's just how matchmaking works in mut. Your OVR seems to have little to no effect in the matchmaking process.
