Has anyone here ever dealt with a "match cheating" ban?

I logged on last night to see I was "permanently suspended" from Madden.  This week I've done the new solo challenges, a handful of house rules games and a good bit of squads with some buddies we have a decent win record but havent desynced anyone nor even been desynced. I do a solo battle or two a day to grind out the various dailies. 
My teams mostly RPs with about 1.5M from selling comp pass/squads rewards.  I also have a solo cloud franchise rebuilding the Cardinals I'm seemingly banned from accessing . 

Am I missing something? As none of that seems outlandish enough to even trigger a false ban.  EA said they'll review my account but still didnt say exactly what triggered the ban.  Losing time in MUT is a big detriment with how dailies/weeklys/ect are set up and even if this is overturned I can't see t being done in a timely fashion. Has anyone else dealt with this BS?

EA will never tell you in detail why they banned you. Last year I think they banned more people falsely than ever before. Happened to me twice and reversed twice but the second time they kept my 3 million plus coin stack and never returned it. If I had to guess by the description you gave id suspect one of your friends you played with cheated someone somewhere and they tagged you with guilt by association. Hell maybe even did it while you were playing with them without you knowing it. Outside of that I got nothing.

Thanks for the reply. That's good to know. I did hear a lot about the false bans at the start of the game last year and even some people being banned at the end of 23. That sucks about the coin wipe. I had the same thought about my buddies of the 5 people I play with 3 of them only do squads online (one doesnt even have a team and just plays HC to hang with us) 1 does a lot of H2H and 1 I don't really know what he does in game on his own time. But none of them are banned at least yet.

I had a 4 month ban in Madden 22. Supposedly for "cheating".

It took a letter that started an arbitrary case procedure to actually talk to an EA employee. (EA Help  uses an outsourced companies to do their dirty work)

After that, they did everything I wanted them to do including providing compensation for all the time lost. I would highly suggest doing the same thing if they won't unban you, as it works almost every time because of the high costs of an arbitrary case that they have to pay for anyway. They can't take your access to the game after you paid for it, without at least giving you a refund and an explanation of the ban.

Hrm... Would you mind telling me the steps you took to starting that up? Ive never even thought about that but it does mention something about arbitration in the TOS.

Something like this, in the letter I also mentioned all the possible damages they would have to pay for, totaling up to couple thousand dollars. Try googling this stuff, I remember there was a reddit post that explained everything in more detail.
