UPDATE- i ended up having to go thru ea support but what ended up happening was my old twitch account was still linked to my ea acct and had to relink my new twitch to it, but problem is you can only use on twitch acct per ea account,ever,one and done. but support sent me a link to bypass that and add my new twitch with my drops. so make sure your using the right accounts.
